Enrollment is closed for the 2024 intake as I am about to run this group programme for women to learn how to break free of the 'good girl syndrome'. The eight LIVE interactive sessions are:
Session 1: Impact on You of the Good Girl Syndrome
Session 2: Creating Safety within Yourself and Your Nervous System
Session 3: Creating Safety within Yourself through Imagination
Session 4: Creating Safety within Yourself through Embodiment
Session 5: Looking at Your Roots of Good Girl Syndrome
Session 6: Working With Your Emotions
Session 7: Working with Your ‘Negative’ Emotions and Reframing Conflict
Session 8: Self Compassion
Each week you’ll:
* Activities are basic arts and somatic processes that are designed to explore within - including collage, visualisation, body scans, expressive line and colour work, writing, basic word format creation (poetry), embodiment (feeling into the body), nervous system based exercises & more. You do NOT need to be an artist but you will need the following basic arts materials such as old magazines (whatever you’re okay to use for collage), a gluestick, scissors, a few pieces of large paper (approx A3 size), a pack of coloured crayons or pastels (or if you don't have that coloured pencils or felts will suffice). Paper (A4 computer paper is fine) and a pen to write with/take notes.

- learn a nervous system regulation exercise (or two)
- learn and explore concepts
- do an activity around a theme*
- have the opportunity to interact in groups so we can explore, grow and support each other
