This is a 30 min strategy session, 1 on 1, directly with me (Joanne Deaker) to help you clarify where you are at, where you’d like to go and how I might help you.
On purchase of this service please download and follow the instructions on how to access your consult including:
the link to book your intro consultation time slot (Note: if none of the times suit on the booking form please email me and we’ll arrange a time that will work for you).
a link to download a client intake form for you to fill in and return (to help best utilize your session time) and an information sheet about online therapy
At the time of your session I will go over your client intake form with you so you can discuss where you're at, and where you'd like to be. I will recommend potential strategies that I feel will help you and answer any questions you have.
Note that because relationship is so important to this 1:1 deep work, there is no expectation to take up further sessions beyond this single introductory consultation if there isn't a good fit.
